New Day

I never thought about having a blog until my daughter made one for herself. Even then, I needed her help in designing it! I've been pondering the goals that I have for it and the bottom line is that I feel "the world" has the market cornered on so many things that as fundamentalist,back-to-basic, Christ-following families...we need to find other means to spread the message of the Lord and the ways of Scripture-based living. So, we're off. The Lord is truly calling us to a higher standard. He wants us to embrace His Word...all of it. As homeschooling, "be in the world but not of it" families, we must dig deep. We need to look to the Lord for His standard on ALL things...not our own standard or the "world's."
